Indoor Training Facility
The Den is established in a rural farm setting in the Caledonia Hills, between Baraboo and Portage, WI. We stay true to our rural roots and value a strong work ethic, steady relationships with friends and family, and a consistent day-in, day-out approach. Our coaches make a commitment to not only help develop you as an athlete but also as a valuable member of your community. We have 2 separate spaces: 2200 sq. ft and 5500 sq. ft. to work on Defense, Throwing, Pitching, Catching, and Hitting.
Batting Resources
5 batting cages, 1 with new Atec baseball pitching machine, new Atec Softball Pitching machine, allowing players to get in the cage with life like pitching. A list of training aids include; batting nets, Tanner Tees, hand fed pitching machine, baseballs, soft baseballs, soft toss machines, and many other smaller items to help with any drills.

Fielding resources
55x80 artificial turfed area, the astro turf is new to the facility this year.
Workout Resources
The Den boasts all of the training equipment needed to physically train elite athletes.
Our many amenities include two new squat/bench racks, flexible bands for strength training, jump ropes, medicine balls, ladders , balance-focused equipment and a variety of speed, agility, strength and explosiveness tools.
Facility Improvements
We are always working to improve the facility with new items. We are a small family run facility so any suggestions or donations are appreciated.
